Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZENVARISO store and app and any purchase you make from ZENVARISO MARKETING LLC ("ZENVARISO", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller information

2. Our products
We sell digital e-books and related digital content (such as guides, templates and add-ons). No physical product is shipped. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; covers and mockups are illustrative.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed, and include or add applicable taxes as indicated before payment.
- Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through our secure third-party payment processor.
- The total you pay is always shown before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees or automatic subscriptions for e-book purchases.
- The charge may appear on your bank statement as ZENVARISO or a similar descriptor.
5. In-app purchases and extra charges
The ZENVARISO app may offer additional content for purchase, such as other e-books, add-ons and mini-guides. These are optional, separate purchases that are charged in addition to your original order. The price of each item is shown before you buy it, and you are only charged when you confirm the purchase.
6. Delivery
Your e-book is delivered digitally by email, usually within minutes of payment. See our Delivery Policy for details.
7. Refunds
You can request a refund within the period set out in our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.
8. Licence to use
When you buy an e-book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read it for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:
- Resell, share, distribute or publish the content, in whole or in part.
- Upload the files to public or file-sharing websites.
- Remove copyright notices or claim the content as your own.
9. Intellectual property
All content, including text, templates, designs and branding, is owned by ZENVARISO MARKETING LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
10. Educational content only
Our e-books are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial or business advice. We do not guarantee any specific results, income or outcome from using the content. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
11. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at hello@zenvariso.com. We respond within 2 business days and will do our best to resolve it quickly, including issuing a refund where applicable.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
